Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Creative Connect Management (CCM) service provided by The Social Tour Llc (“Company”). By accessing or using CCM, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
1. Eligibility
You must be a creative professional in the fields of art, music, poetry, fashion design, or a related discipline to use CCM. You must also meet any other eligibility requirements specified by the Company.
2. Service Description
CCM provides a range of services, including portfolio development, marketing, contract negotiation, financial management, and networking opportunities. The specifics of the services offered to you will be detailed in a separate agreement.
3. Fees and Payment
You agree to pay the fees associated with CCM as specified in your separate agreement with the Company. Fees may include quarterly dues, management fees, and any other applicable charges. Failure to pay fees may result in the termination of CCM services.
4. Termination
You may terminate your use of CCM at any time, subject to the terms of your separate agreement. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to CCM for any violation of this Agreement or your separate agreement.
5. Privacy
Your use of CCM is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which can be found HERE. You agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Any content or materials provided to you as part of CCM remain the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the CCM website, and it is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
