Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership Fees: Membership fees must be paid in full upon enrollment and are non-refundable.
  2. Automatic Renewal: Monthly, quarterly, and annual memberships will automatically renew unless the member cancels at least one week before the next billing cycle.
  3. Pay-As-You-Go: The pay-as-you-go rate grants access to meetings and workshops on a week-by-week basis only, excluding access to equipment, resources, group projects, and exhibitions.
  4. Membership Validity: Memberships are valid for individuals, businesses, or brands and require members to be 18 or older or have a parent or guardian’s waiver.
  5. Individual Use Only: Memberships are to be used solely by the individual, and membership benefits cannot be shared.
  6. Inactivity Clause: Memberships with 90 days of inactivity will be forfeited.
  7. Code of Conduct: Members must read and agree to the Code of Conduct before participating in any activities or using facilities.
  8. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): By making a payment, becoming a member, or joining a club, you agree to the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  9. Equipment Use: Access to equipment is strictly for in-house use and may not be removed from the premises under any circumstances. Members are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.
  10. Equipment Damages: Members are responsible for any damages to equipment rented or used during their membership.
  11. Facility Rules: Members must adhere to all rules and regulations established by The Social Tour, including those governing equipment and facility usage.
  12. Liability: The Social Tour bears no liability for any damage or loss of equipment or personal belongings.
  13. Privacy and Rights: Members must respect the privacy and rights of fellow members, refraining from using any imagery or footage captured during The Social Tour activities for unauthorized or commercial purposes.
  14. Termination: The Social Tour retains the right to terminate a membership at any time for violation of these terms and conditions.
  15. Modifications: The Social Tour reserves the right to modify membership benefits, rates, and policies at its discretion, with members being duly notified of any significant changes.
  16. Pop-Up Events: For each pop-up event subscribed to annually, The Social Tour’s creative space receives 20% of the profits.
  17. Acknowledgment of Terms: Before becoming a member, you must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

By enrolling in a membership, subscribing to events, or participating in activities, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
