There’s something powerful about simplicity. When things get complex, we often get overwhelmed, overthink, and eventually talk ourselves out of what we were once inspired to do. That’s why I’ve always loved what I call The 333 Method, a manifestation technique I learned years ago that helped me find clarity and momentum during the early stages of my entrepreneurial journey.
The concept is simple:
You take one goal and break it down into three actionable steps to be completed within 33 days.
It’s not about rushing. It’s about creating momentum.
How It Started
When I first started my entrepreneurial career at 17, I didn’t have much… not in resources, not in connections, and definitely not in certainty. What I did have, though, was a vision. I wanted to build something meaningful, something that gave people a sense of belonging and inspiration.
Back then, I would take a single goal, like “launch my brand,” and apply The 333 Method. I’d break it down like this:
- Create a name, logo, and mission statement.
- Build a simple landing page and tell one story that defines the brand.
- Host a small event or pop-up to connect with people in person.
Those three steps within 33 days gave me structure… not perfection, but progress. And that’s what built my foundation. Each time I completed a 33 day cycle, I felt stronger, more focused, and more aligned with my purpose.
How I’ve Been Reactivating It
Recently, I realized I hadn’t practiced this technique in a while. Life, business, and distractions can sometimes pull us away from the very tools that once helped us grow.
So, I brought it back.
I asked myself: What’s one thing I want to reignite? The answer was simple… consistency. I wanted to get back to creating, to building ideas without overthinking. So, I used The 333 Method again:
- Plan out 3 new pieces of content that reflect my voice and values.
- Execute one creative idea each week.
- Engage with at least 3 new creatives who inspire me.
It’s only been a couple of weeks, but the shift is real. I feel more aligned and intentional. The structure gives me freedom… not the other way around, and if you’ve been following…I know you see the results!
3 Reasons You Should Try The 333 Method
1. It Builds Consistency.
33 days is long enough to form a new habit but short enough to keep you motivated. You’ll see progress quickly, which builds momentum.
2. It Simplifies the Process.
Breaking your goal into 3 clear steps removes the clutter. You stop overthinking and start doing.
3. It Reconnects You With Purpose.
When you focus on fewer steps, you start to move with intention. You stop chasing everything and start building something that lasts.
