I won’t be here forever, and neither will you!

It’s 12:36am. I’m up. Which probably means if you’re reading this, you are too. Even if you’re tired. Even if you’re heavy. Even if you’ve been pretending you’re fine. Take this as your sign. Your wake up call. Your reminder to remember who the fuck you are.

And yeah, I know how it feels. I’ve been open about what I’ve been going through, what I’ve been unpacking, what I’ve been carrying around longer than I should have. This isn’t me preaching from some healed mountaintop. This is me saying it’s time for you to be honest with yourself the same way I’ve been honest with mine.

We’re twenty three days into the year. Whatever you want, whatever you keep saying you’ll get to later, it’s closer than you think. Within arm’s reach. And let me be blunt for a second.

“You have to go there to get there.”

That uncomfortable place. That scary conversation. That version of yourself you keep avoiding because it requires effort, discipline, or letting go of who you’ve been. The only thing stopping you is you. Insert all the motivational quotes you’ve already seen a thousand times. You know them. You get the point. So let’s move on.

I won’t be here forever. And neither will you!. Yes, I’m yelling. Now what are you going to do about it?Are you going to add it to the mental list of things you swear you’ll do someday? Are you waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect invitation, the perfect timing that somehow just lands in your lap because you’re you? That day doesn’t come. You make it.

You won’t be here forever. And that alone is reason enough to start. At least for yourself. I know life gets in the way. I know responsibilities, fear, money, timing, people, and circumstances can slow things down. But there are always small steps. Small wins. Small moments that give you real dopamine. Not the artificial kind. Not the digital scrolling, comparing, consuming kind that leaves you feeling empty or behind or not enough.

Maybe you’re one of the lucky ones and that doesn’t hit you as hard. But for most of us, it does. And ignoring it doesn’t make it go away.

Alright, slight turbulence. Let’s land this plane.

As the days continue to grow, so will you. Your ideas. Your passions. Your dreams. They don’t disappear just because life got loud. Obstacles are not stop signs. They’re part of the route. Believe in something. Believe in yourself if nothing else. Understand that our paths are set, but we’re given choice within them.

And if I leave you with anything, let it be this.

Always choose to.

Choose to try.
Choose to start.
Choose to show up.
Choose to live like time actually matters.

Hope this helps.
